Question:
Since the automatic invoice generation feature was disabled at the end of February 2025, WixStores now creates payment receipts whenever customers make and complete a purchase through the WixStore. Previously, I could easily access and download all invoices from the invoice overview page. How can I similarly access and download all payment receipts? I urgently need these documents for my accountant.

What are you trying to achieve:
I need to download all customer payment receipts generated since the automatic invoice creation was turned off (end of February). Previously, invoices could be conveniently downloaded from an overview page. Iām looking for a similar functionality for payment receipts so I can provide these documents to my accountant for tax reporting purposes.
What have you already tried:
I checked the Wix dashboard, particularly under Billing, Payments, and Wix Store Orders sections, but couldnāt find an overview or bulk-download option specifically for all payment receipts.
Additional information:
This is critical for tax purposes, and I need a convenient method to export all payment receipts collectively rather than downloading them individually.

Unfortunately not satisfactory. Existing processes are being replaced by new ones with less functionality. I receive several orders per month. Now I have to manually enter every order and download every single receipt.
This is huge issue for e-commerce clientsā¦ With no warning issued to partners, we are now assisting clients to bridge a gap of multiple weeks in their accounting. I had a long exchange with support and exposed all of the issues caused by this change.
From the lack of communication to the receipts number functionning separately from the invoices, this is a conundrum that is causing us time and money - all to convince clients to stay with Wix.
Itās infuriating to see changes like this missing huge pieces of the functional puzzle and be told we know have to work extra hard to get it maybe resolved.
I believe the only reason there is not more noise about this issue is that most clients have yet to discover the change. The end of march will be chaos for a lot of them.
Thanks for the tag - Iām aware there was some changes coming with the introduction of recipets, but unaware of the impact this was to have.

This isnāt the only issue. Yesterday, I received a partial refund, but the receipt doesnāt reflect the new amountāit only shows the full amount. This is really frustrating. How could Wix make such a poor decision? Itās fundamental for a websiteās functionality. Iām very disappointed.

the end of the month is approaching and Iām getting a bit mad!
Some of the receipts are not created and sent automatically. Even though automation is activated. Especially with recurring subscription orders!
Today there is no possibility to view receipts. The link is no longer displayed in the respective order.
That really canāt be right. I have decided in favour of Wix so that I can find a solution that saves me time and work. I currently pay a lot of money for a lot of work that I have to do myself.
When can I expect to be able to call up the receipts in the orders again?
When can I expect to be able to download all receipts for all orders with just one click?
Regarding errors in functionality that should be working, Iād recommend opening a ticket with the Customer Care team (Contact Wix) or report a bug here.
