My clients (gyms & fitness studios) really need the option to turn off email notifications for class bookings. Their clients make class bookings ALL THE TIME and they do not want to receive an email for every class they book. Let’s make this happen

You can achieve this by going to Dashboard>Settings>Booking Emails & SMS Reminders, on this page you will see a blue button that says Customize.

That is for the business though, correct? Yes we have disabled this. But the gym goers themselves get an email EVERY TIME THEY BOOK A CLASS. They have asked the gym to stop sending booking notifications for classes. This is what I want to disable.
I apologize for the misunderstanding. It is not possible to disable the Confirmation email within the Bookings application. I understand the importance of this feature and will be forwarding your feedback to our product team.

We have recently release a new capability enabling users to turn off outgoing emails and notifications.
Please look for the on/off toggle under Settings → Booking → Emails & SMS Reminders.
