We’ve added a new project status to the Marketplace.
It’s called “Connected.”
With the CRM we have a log of, if and when the client replied to your message.
The Connected status should help you understand your response rates and prioritize continuing conversations with clients who got back to you.
Projects are automatically moved to this status when the client sends an email reply to the Partner’s CRM Inbox.
Keep in mind that It’s only available to Partners using the new Marketplace CRM.

Hi Shannah, it should be available in Canada.
Might we be getting a tick box way to deal with unanswered projects? At the moment we have to go into each one and cancel when a client doesn’t respond. It takes a long time and I don’t believe there’s an automation for this. If we could go down selecting the tick boxes then give the same justification for cancelling it would be quite neat. Is Wix looking into how to help the quality of leads too? Thanks
