Is there a way to remove the text from hover in the 9 box grid gallery that features text , no image, with image on hover? If not, can a feature be added to remove hover text ? It should not show over the image. It’s only needed in the main box.
Hover should not have text
Other galleries work in the opposite manner, a photo that provides text when hovering. This one should work the same in reverse. The current arrangement does not seem to make sense. Why hover to see the image and have it blocked by text? The user could simply stop hovering to see the text again.
Additional problem
On the live site, when an image is double-clicked to view it, the wrong image correlates with the box being clicked to see the full image.
Wix “solutions” don’t fix problems
The alternative Wix offered (below) does not function live on a mobile device. Only the images show. It seems Wix often releases new features or gives updates well before they are ready. There is still no “undo” button on blogs and newsletters. Before images were shared between sites. All of a sudden one day, they’re split and cannot be shared. I spend over an hour on the phone with techs who can’t figure out why the hyperlinks on my blog are yellow. Come on Wix…

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to remove the image title and description from a gallery when the image is being hovered over. As an alternative, you can add hover boxes (instead of a gallery) and set them up to look as they do in the gallery.
