I am building a directory where businesses can register but pay a monthly subscription. I would like to collect specific information from each business at the time of their registration which will populate my wix database and dynamic pages. Each subscription will require different types of information, Can you create a way to send out custom forms to each subscriber depending on their subscription type. If there is already a way of doing this any help would be appreciated!
