I have a question about Member Sign Up Forms/Lightboxes and the close lightbox function on mobile. Everything works fine in preview and desktop but as soon as I open the live site in mobile the ‘close lightbox’ icon function refuses to work making it impossible to access the site without registering (not what anyone wants).
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem. People can not close the lightbox, when they click the icon to close, nothing happens…
Check to make sure it is not being covered by something else. Use the layers panel to move it around, if needed.
Sometimes the X is too small so it is difficult to press on mobile. Widen up the edges of the icon so that the area is a bit larger for fingers to tap on via mobile.
Hi, it looks like the issue might be that something is covering the close button, or the button is too small to tap on mobile. You can check the layers panel to make sure nothing is blocking it. Also, try making the button’s tap area bigger so it’s easier for people to click.
