My form is not submitting when there is an image file in the form. I tried it many time in the desktop it works some time but in the mobile it is not working properly I have to refresh again again to upload the data with an image file without image the data is uploading properly.

I tested your site using multiple iphones and I was able to upload images to the collection.
Can you be more specific regarding what is not working ?
Note that it takes a few seconds for the upload to complete. currently you do not have any indication that something is being done after the user clicks the submit button.
yes i am able to upload the images but when i click to submit the submit button is stop working but the form without the image it is working properly. I click the button many time but it doesn’t work so i have to refresh the page and again fill the form and upload the image then it works
Means I have to refresh page 3 to 4 time to submit the data.
