Please please please stop this terrible user experience in Wix Marketplace. I have been posting about this and sending requests but nothing has changed. WHY ARE WE NOT ABLE TO SEE THE MESSAGE BODY WHEN WE GO TO THE INBOX??? We have to click on “view details” then(now recently we are given the option to send an email). Why can’t we see the message in the inbox and respond in the same window??

Why am I having to log in to this forum when I am logged in to Wix as a partner?

As a designer, the most important part of the entire dashboard is “My Websites”. Why are they tucked away and I have to either search for them or click 2-3 times to find them. Years ago when we logged in the websites were the first thing to show up. Which was great. By the way, in my case the most recent websites that I am working on never consistently show up on top. This flow by default has to display all the websites in chronological order. Period.
Hey @info52 !
Thanks for the feedback. I understand your frustration and have sent your feedback directly to the team who works on the marketplace.
In regards to having to log in to this forum separately, this Partner community site (which includes this forum), is its own site and requires users to join it separately in order to be a part of it. With that being said, I’m aware that it can be annoying and will see if there’s anything that can be done to improve this.
Great feedback! Sharing it now.
If there’s anything else, let me know and I’ll see what I can do
Thank you for your reply and your support!
Added to the above scenario…
The user interface is very poorly thought out on the “view message” page which we should see when we first check a message in the inbox. Then we won’t have to go back and forth between this page and the inbox.
Please see the attached screenshot. You will see my notes explaining the reasons and how the interface can be improved with a simle design arrangement.
It really surprises me that Wix designers can not think of these basic design strategies to provide user friendly solutions for us “designers”.
Thank you and I hope these get addressed soon.
