The hot mess aka “Marketplace” dashboard just got an update that adds another layer to the messy nonsense dashboard flow.
The INBOX! This most important and probably most used section is now hidden. Why???
I looked for it this the whole morning and thought they removed it entirely and concluded that we just see the Projects tab to see the messages. Digging a bit further in the afternoon I noticed the inbox is now under the CRM & Client Billing tab. Not only this does not make any sense but even the CRM & Client Billing tab is tucked under the fancy schamncy titled “Client Experience” tab. Well…the “experience” belongs to the Admin on the dashboard so this tab’s title missed the target by far too. How about a simple “Client Management” or “CRM” so it is not a mystery what this Client Experience tab might reveal?
Most importantly, I personally do not want to click, click and then click to see project messages. “Inbox” need to be visible and accessible right away
just like it used to be.
