GA4 Collecting Events but not Revenue (Monetization)

Question:
We have GA4 and GTM installed and despite some teething problems moving from UA > GA4, we are now collecting events including Purchases. However, the purchase amounts (i.e. revenue in Monetization) are not appearing in GA4 - the amounts previously appeared without issue in UA. Should this work and what should we do to remedy?

What are you trying to achieve:
Pass and analyse purchase amounts from our Wix ecommerce in Google Analytics

What have you already tried:
We’ve followed all documentation on Wix and Google Analytics (several times) and gone through all settings to try and diagnose. We’ve also looked at these forums and StackOverflow to see if others are facing the same issue. We’ve found related issues but nothing that solves for us.

Additional information:
We have had several sales during the period, yet no revenue has been tracked by GA4.

Have you had a chance to reach out to Wix Support yet? They might be able to advise a little better than here.

That being said, from my experience, there may be a small delay in the data appearing in GA4. let us know if you get it resolved :slight_smile:
