I’m wondering if there’s any possible way to get emails that I receive into my connected gmail into my Wix inbox.
I recently sent an email campaign through wix and when my recipients reply, it comes into my connected Gmail, but nothing shows up in my inbox. Also, as this would be considered a very good lead, there’s no way to make an automation to put a card in my pipeline.
To me it’s completely defeats the purpose of the inbox as I feel it definitely should be recording correspondence I have with my contacts that I just sent an email marketing campaign to.
From my understanding, this currently is a one-way street- the inbox only records convo that is initiated from there. But if i happen to get a customer that sends me an email through my connected business gmail, it wont show in the inbox, which seems puzzling to me considering this should be a lead that is tracked via inbox and pipeline. And right now I see no way of even manually adding it in.
Maybe I’m the only one with this issue but curious to know if anyone else has any workarounds or how you handle this.
