Hi all, we need help.
We are trying to incorporate gift cards into our site, but it seems that every time we test, there is no record on gift card sales, but instead it goes into orders. There is also no email sent to the recipient for giving gift cards and it’s very weird. Also when we try to buy it on our own, there is no function to redeem the gift card upon checkout, hence we don’t know where our money goes.
We are only on Wix editor and not the new Wix studio.
Our goal is to be able to gift our friends a subscription or a discount to our events (pricing plan) for the holidays. Any answers would help a lot! Thank you!
