I am new to the forum and my knowledge is limited. I have an online store and want to add to the payment page a Gift card payment. Where someone can put the card number in and it adjusts the price of the purchase. Ideally it would also track the amount left on the card but that can be done manually if needed. Currently the only options are coupons and there is nothing that would work for what we need. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.

At this moment we still do not support APIs to extend the Wix eComm offering. As such, what you ask is not supported yet. We will make sure to follow up and support such case, once we introduce the right APIs.

What the user here (jkstonehouse) is asking for is something that most customers have come to expect - for me its essential to a new business I’m building.
I already have a site with you, and only a few days ago moved an extra domain across to wix with the expectation that I can create egiftcards with your product, which can then be used at the checkout online. I have an ecommerce site, and will have to ask for a refund for my annual subscription, as I assumed (considering other companies offer this) that I could create egiftcards.
How can I lodge my complaint about this and request a refund of my annual subscription?
