I have a problem with my header, i cant reduce the height even there’s no element block to reduce.

I’ve accessed your editor and saw that the image gallery is attached to the header which causing this issue.
You can Press Ctrl (Cmd on Mac)+ M to scroll through the elements on your site until you reach the desired element (which blocks you from reducing the header).
