I built a site for a mobile massage company in chicago (MassagebyJMarie.com), and the team there is looking to create an automated email that would go out after a client COMPLETES a booking/booked service. Is this possible?
In a bit more detail, here’s the goal:
Massage by JMarie is a massage therapy company. They use wix BOOKINGS and wix PAID PLANS to manage appointments. If a client booked a 60-minute appointment on Saturday at 12:00pm, for instance, it would be incredibly helpful for Massage by JMarie’s business and recurring income for an automated email to go out following the appointment completion (at 1:00pm), thanking the client for booking their now completed service, and inviting them to book future services. At present, it does not seem like this is possible.
Can this be done with code somehow?
Thoughts are appreciated. (Thanks in advance!).

Hi. I’m a Wix product manager, focused on expert feature requests. I don’t know a solution for this off the top of my head, but will discuss it with the Bookings team when I speak to them about expert needs. At the very least, it’s a great feature to add to Bookings.
I think it would be huge, for users/site owners who offer session based services that they manage through either BOOKINGS and/or PAID PLANS.
A “we hope you enjoyed your session, please take action X, Y or Z” is a standard feature in platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact - introducing something in that vein to Ascend would really help demonstrate the platform’s value, from an ROI and revenue-generating perspective.
