Hide products from search bar and search result for a specific collection.

I want to hide some products from the search bar and search page results. Could you please help me with this.
For example:
Suppose some products I have assigned into a category/collection that is created by me let’s say “my_design”.
So on the search bar and search results how can I hide products from this collection only.
