HIPAA Compliant Site bug - disappeared from dashboard

I’m having trouble with access to a website. I made a HIPAA compliant site for a client and was the first owner. When I transferred ownership to my client, the website disappeared from my dashboard. And although the client accepted the transfer, I am still listed as the owner on the site, and the client (although listed as a co-owner) has no access to the site. And now neither of us have access to the site.

This was January 27 - 2 weeks ago. In the meantime, there is an endless loop and no reply from Wix Support for the last 4 days.

Client is furious. Any suggestions for getting a resolution?
