Horizontal movement while scrolling vertical

Hi Editor X community
I saw this topic already a while ago, but I would like to restart te conversation.

I’m looking if someone knows if there is a work around in Velo to create a scrolling effect like this one https://brunoarizio.com/

What I would like to achieve is to move horizontally in a section while scrolling vertically. This till the end of the content in the section box. Then the vertical scroll takes over again.

There’s a few similar threads to this question and believe the closest would be using a layouter that users can scroll through.

If you have familiarity coding, you might be able to make a custom element to create such a feature.
