Hover interactions not visible in preview mode

Anyone else who has issues with Hover interactions not being visible in preview mode?
They are fully functional in edit mode of the site when I press “play”.
Will they be visible once the site goes live?
Don’t know what I’m doing wrong, anyone who can help?
