Hi everyone! I’m an art therapist and ADHD educator who uses Wix for my business.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how ADHD entrepreneurs experience website-building tools, and I’m curious whether Wix has ever explored creator education around neurodivergent users.
I’d love to connect with anyone involved in community or creator education to learn more.
First of all, I think your initiative is truly wonderful.
I personally started learning Wix because I developed panic disorder, so I can empathize to some extent with your motivation for wanting to make use of Wix.
That said, your current question feels quite abstract, and in its current form, it may be difficult for others to provide meaningful answers. This community is primarily focused on Wix-related skills, so there may not be many members who are knowledgeable about ADHD. As a result, many people might struggle with how to respond.
However, since you regularly use Wix for business purposes, there must be a specific reason why you wanted to leverage Wix to support entrepreneurs with ADHD. I think explaining that reason to the community first could make it easier for people to engage and respond.
In other words, it may be important to clearly describe what aspects of daily life or business are particularly challenging for people with ADHD. Once that is clarified, it becomes easier to explore how Wix’s tools and technologies could help address those challenges, and someone in the community might be able to offer useful hints or ideas.
If you deepen your understanding of these solutions, you could even become active as a Wix educator in the future.
As a personal suggestion, Wix has been rapidly advancing its AI capabilities, especially after acquiring the AI platform Base44. It might be worth keeping an eye on these developments. AI could potentially compensate for some of the difficulties associated with ADHD and help transform them into strengths.
