Hi so I’m trying to create a private members area for my website where users can access a 12 week exercise program. The 12 weeks are split into three 4 week blocks, each week has two workouts, and each workout has about 10 exercises.
I created a database for all the above in excel and uploaded it as a .csv file to a database in wix. Now I want to create a separate page for each block, where the user can select the week, and workout for that week using radio buttons or drop down menus, therefore filtering the table. I’d really appreciate some advice on how to do this. I know nothing about code.

so if you are not a coder, it can get very difficult to achieve your aim.
It would be better for your own, to provide more informations here.
Do you have already a visualy idea of your input-form, then show it.
How do you imagine it?
You told something about DropDowns and Radio-Buttons (or even Checkboxes and other stuff could be used to realize your project).
Your next step should be to make a visible plan of how you imagine your INPUT-FORM (control-panel).
