Hi everyone,
I’ve been running my WooCommerce-based e-commerce store for a while now, but I’m considering moving to Wix for a more streamlined, all-in-one management experience.
My current store (https://www.zepanto.com) has over 2,000 custom-designed mouse pads and around 500 category pages. It works fine on WooCommerce, but I’m having challenges with SEO indexing, plugin maintenance, and mobile responsiveness. I’ve heard Wix offers better native performance and easier design flexibility without constantly dealing with third-party plugin updates.
Before I start the migration process, I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with:
- Migrating large product catalogs from WooCommerce to Wix.
- Handling 301 redirects for SEO during the transition.
- Setting up product variants and custom options in Wix.
- Maintaining or improving search engine rankings post-migration.
Has anyone here made a similar move? Any lessons learned or tools you’d recommend?
Thanks in advance for your insights!
