I know the Wix Mobile App can scan the Wix Events Ticket QR Code to ‘check-in’ registrants. I’m looking to either create a mobile app or website app (possibly through Wix Code) to be able to read the event registration detail such as the registrant’s name, email, or other information collected in the registration process for the Wix Event.
I’m just starting with Wix Code, but I didn’t see any elements for calling those specific data elements.
Also, is there any way to have a website interact with an external device like a USB QR scanning device?

When I get some time. I definitely will start looking into the code. It’s either creating a separate app that can read and have access to the database that the QR Code is created from or it’s creating a web-app that can be integrated into a website that can utilize the phones camera to scan the QR code and access the database.

I didn’t get any further with this. It seems like a lot of companies have issues working with Wix since Wix wants to charge a fee for anything to integrate with it. I still like Wix compared to other WYSIWYG editors. I just wish there was more documentation available on the QR code stuff.
Am looking also to create a scanner for Qr code and save some information from them and access the database. Did you guys find any solution?Wix expert needs a lot of money to do it.
I didn’t find a solution. I imagine there are companies that can do it, but then you get into the same costs as a registration/ event scanning software that you would know works.
