How do i make a slideshow with two images per slide?

Hi, I am making a website for a model agency and am looking to display their portfolio as a slideshow with two images per slide. I am unable to see anywhere to do two images per slide? Would anyone be able to help me with this please? :slight_smile: thanks so much in advance!!

To achieve this, you need to use the Slider layout in the Wix Pro Gallery .

To create a slideshow effect will two images per slide, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Market .

  2. Add Wix Pro Gallery to your site.

  3. Click on the gallery and then click Settings .

  4. Click on Layout and set it to Slider .

  5. Then click on Customize Layout .

  6. Under Image Display , set Thumbnail Resize to Crop and the Image Ratio to Responsive .

  7. Under Design Settings , change Number of displayed items to 2.

This will display 2 images in one slide. You can turn or Slide automatically if you want your images to slide automatically. You can click on Manage Media and add your own images after deleting the pre-existing ones.

You can use this as a workaround until the Slideshow feature is available.

Thank you very much, this is helpful and displays 2 images per slide on the first slide, however when i slide across it still displays 1 main one and then like the half of two other pics either side if that makes sense?

Is there any way for it to slide and always get 2 per slide?

I understand the issue that you are facing. Unfortunately, it looks like there is no solution for this.

Nevertheless I’d like to suggest you another workaround. You can use photo editing apps like Photoshop or Canva and create an image with your two images inside it (For eg: You have image X and Y, so add images X and Y to a blank canvas and create a single image called XY). Then you can use the Wix Pro Gallery’s Slideshow layout to display your image XY which gives the effect of two images in a single slide.
