How do I reach Wix Customer Care?

I have had the most infuriating experience with trying to get through to WIX tech support and customer service. I am so frustrated I am ready to drop my $68.00 monthly Premium Subscription to WIX. Why is there no phone number? I tried repeatedly to get through to WIX support via chat and got no response. What am I missing? I am sorry if this forum is not the appropriate place to post this. Why does WIX make it impossible to get through to a live agent? Again I am paying $68.00 monthly for a Premium subscription which I have had for years and there is NO dedicated tech support or customer service? Can someone please reach out to me and let me know how I can get in contact with a LIVE agent? Thanks in advance. Sorry but when I am paying $68.00 monthly I should expect to at least get dedicated customer service and tech support.
