How do we populate hyperlinks to social media icons on a dynamic page, kind of like a portfolio of different people taking data from a DB?

My site has a list of people with their profiles listed. I want to add social media icons like Twitter and LinkedIn for each of these profiles. How do I do that? Currently there is no option for hyperlinking an image or an icon in a dynamic page. Sharing a screenshot of the page for your reference. I want to add social media links to all of these profiles.
