Replicating the effect as seen on DP’s homepage. The title “DopplePress” and the associated mascot image expand to whatever screen size they’re in.

I’m trying to make the same effect, but with my own elements.
What I’ve tried so far
I’ve tried setting elements as the background to a strip, tried using my own elements on top of the page, and tried using effect panels.
Is this effect seen in DopplePress possible in Wix? Or is it a Wix Studio only thing?
