How should I charge my client for webdesign services?

I’m new to the webdesign community and I want to make sure I’m creating the right workflow and charging for the right services. I recently built out my own website and I wanted to know should I be charging my client a yearly fee for the premium plans or do I let my client make there own account and manage on their own?

I charge yearly fee (+domain fee) + £25 service fee (which may actually be too low.

But I do charge £200 development fee in the beginning

Thanks for sharing, I decided its best to manage myself and I can charge for the maintenance fees and make greater profits on my projects.
