How do agencies handle premium plans, billing & ownership when designing client websites?

What is the best professional workflow for freelancers/agencies when building Wix Studio websites for clients?
Should I:
✓ Build under my account → buy plan → then transfer?
OR
✓ Ask the client to create account → buy plan → I design inside it?
OR
✓ Some other recommended model I’m not aware of?

I’d really appreciate guidance from experienced Wix Partners or anyone who has a solid client workflow.

A lot depends on your business plan. My clients own and maintain their websites after I build them. I generally start the website in my account, with the client being a co-owner from the very beginning. They pay for all premium Wix services.
