At the end of last week, the team introduced a new ‘hub’ page, similar to the one that existed for ‘Invoices’. You can access this from the ‘Search’ at the top of the site dashboard, and when viewing a receipt. They’re also working to add an entry point from the sidebar, under the ‘Sales’ tab.
This hub page is the first step and should make it easier to see all receipts that have been issued. Additionally, this gives the team the option to bring the ‘bulk download’ option as shared from feedback (I don’t have an ETA yet).
Issuing invoices can be done in 2 ways:
- Manually - for funds collected through:
- Orders: Paid orders generated through Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Restaurant Orders (New), or Wix Donations
- Invoices: Paid invoice requests issued through Wix Invoices
- Pay Links: Paid pay link requests issued through Pay Links
- Automatically using Automations:
- To automatically send Receipts to paid ecommerce orders on a site, visit Settings> Checkout> Receipt Automation.
To customize receipts:
Head to Settings> Receipts in your site dashboard to access the customisation options, including design, and details to be included.

The team also released SDKs for receipts (which can be found here) - which are useful for those with custom builds and creations.
