I am receiving orders in my Wix shop, and I would like to inform customers about status updates. Unfortunately, the emails are being sent from an email address belonging to Wix (no-reply@my.store-emails.com), which appears a bit unprofessional. Of course, I would prefer the sender’s email address for the status updates to be our own address. How and where can I change this?

Have a look under automations in the dashboard. You can change the senders details for emails there.
