Question:
According to a documentation I should be able to create a notification template to notify site owners of an event. When I hit Extensions link it opens a new page that says You don’t have any apps that support this action.
Should I enable something or what do I miss?

Notifications are an extension for your custom built apps, that are built either using Wix Blocks or CLI. Then you can install the app in any of your sites or distribute it publicly on the Wix App Market. So for this to work, you need to build a custom app first.
In case you’re looking for a more simpler alternative, I’d suggest you use Wix Automations instead.
