Hello there,My website background video is vague and not clear,I want the know How to fix it?

I’am not a Premium member,I am a free member,But I use web space less than 500 mb,and original video is very very clear,Is 1080p video.

So…Please tell me Why? and teach me How to fix it?
I hope the solution is not tell me to upgrade the member Please…
