How do you hide webpages on wix studio? I don’t see this ption
To hide them from the public, just delete them from the menu or from where you have a direct access.
If you want to hide them and show them only to members, you can do it from the options of each page that you want to do this to, which would be in the permissions of each page of the site, there you will see 3 options “All, Only with password and only members”

In the past, I have hidden the page (via old menu) and used the link (to the hidden page) for clients- like a proposal.
Can I replicate that with wix studio without forcing a potential client to become a member?

Yes you can.
In this case, just remove the page from the site shortcuts (so no other user can find this page)
Then you can give the URL directly to the client of that page (This URL will only be known by you or another person who knows how to get all the links from your site)
Or you can also create a password with a basic number like 0 and tell the client to put that password and there would be no need for the client to register as a member.
