I’m developing dynamic pages with quite some text. The text on the dynamic page is a rich text field from the CMS. How do I get an in-page menu to navigate the sections of rich text?

What are you trying to achieve:
I want an in-page menu on the left with all the headings and sub-headings used in one rich text item on a dynamic page. When a user clicks on it, it jumps to the right section of the rich text. It’s a feature similar to the left on-page menu that Wikipedia shows when reading an article full-screen on desktop.
What have you already tried:
I’ve tried adding an in-page menu element, but it doesn’t show the elements of the web page.
