How to obtain a copy of Wix's SOC2 report

Question:
Hi All, I hope you can help. Apologies this should be very simple but Wix seems to have made this impossible. I have tried all channels with no luck. I am going in circles. As a Wix customer, does anyone know how I can get a copy of Wix’s SOC2 report?

What have you already tried:
Raised tickets, emailed Enterprise, chatted with Ai bot.

Thanks, but that link only describes Wix’s security (including their SOC2 compliance). It doesn’t allow us to access their SOC2 report.
What I have done:

  1. Raised a ticket with the “Customer Care” team who referred me to the “Advance Team”
  2. Got response from “Security Team” who told me they could not help and I should raise a fill out a form to contact the “Enterprise Team”
  3. Raised a ticket the the “Enterprise Team” who responded “It seems that your issue requires the assistance of our Customer Care team.”
  4. So I called “Customer Care” team who said I should stick to the original ticket to avoid delay. The “Security Team” can help. They will escalate but the only way for me to contact is to reply to the original email. :hot_face:

Wix Support is a shambles.

UPDATE based on the below response from Wix Security, and Enterprise Team not assisting.

WIX IS NOT WILLING TO SHARE THEIR SOC2 REPORT WITH ANYONE WITH “THE EXCEPTION OF SOME POSSIBLE ENTERPRISE USERS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS”

Concerning as every single one of our other providers has shared their report. Hope this helps if you are assessing different website providers.

UPDATE2 After one month Wix finally responded with the below. Of all our providers, Wix is the only one that will not share their report. Concerning that we are unable to review report findings.

After thoroughly discussing this matter with our Enterprise and Security teams, we are unfortunately unable to provide the report which you are requesting for.

Our SOC 2 Type 2 report contains highly sensitive information about our organization’s security practices, policies, and procedures - and as such we are not able to share the report with third party.
