Hello, I added chat with us and now I want to remove it and don’t know how, I don’t see this component when I try to edit the site, but when I upload it it appears. Thanks for the helpers

The problem is that I can’t find the component in the editor, if I found it I would probably be able to delete it.

You are right. The settings are not working properly here. Sometimes they are still visible after deactivating.
For me it works in this way:
Click on the element and delete it.
