How to save form information into contacts on Wix Studio

I know there is a guide on how to do so (Wix Forms: Saving Your Form Data to Your Contacts | Help Center | Wix.com) but I think it’s outdated because I can’t seem to find how to do it. I could only do it on the sign up page but not on regular forms.
