How to set pages responsive design,automatic different width screen?

I already do a website, base on 1920 Pixel width, but it’s not automatic on other width screens,may I know how to handle it and make its automatic different width screen.
If the Wix design does not base on responsive style?

The site I build on Wix, almost use the content from Wix,
The style of content almost from Wix, such as the menu, gallery, strip, and other content styles, all from Wix.
Some contents automatic suit different width screen, but some contents do not automatically, they the same size in different width screen.
How to fix all the contents automatically suitable different width screen?

Hey Haisheng, you have to deliberately design for both Desktop & Mobile, using their respective editors. For different sizes of desktop screens, you should design between the gridlines to match the smallest screens & tablets.

Mobile is ok, I can do it.
The question is on different sizes of desktop screens. For I design the website&page base on 1920 Pixel width, when page show in other size screens,like 1280 pixel,1080 pixel or other width screens,it’s not fit the screen, as the picture follows
