I am trying get rid of some indexing issues on Bing Search and am getting the warning “Html size is too long”
How do I solve this issue.

I think, unfortunately this is something you have no control over. This is coming from the underlying code for your website and there is no way to change that.

You would expect Wix to be able to correctly write code rather than the overly bloated stuff they charge us for! I never had this issue on my WP site and I had more content there. I have had to really strip my site to basics because of this issue. I may have to rethink my plan for next year and onwards.

Wix is constantly working to improve performance and the user experience. Most optimization is concentrated on Google tools for the obvious reason. A quick search on the Internet for “Html size is too long” turns up many mentions of non-Wix sites having the same issue - especially with Bing.

@1010naitsirhc That’s OK - Bing won’t let me analyze your site. What is Bing telling you about your site? What does Google tell you about your site?
I see that you don’t have any code in your site, so whatever the results of the site analysis are, is strictly based on the code base that Wix requires to support a basic site. Understand that Wix requires a lot of code in order to properly support a general out-of-the-box solution. However, optimization of code bundles is ongoing with Wix and is dependent on many different aspects.
@yisrael-wix The “Title too short” error is on the Cart page and the robots text error is self-explanatory, which does not worry me
@1010naitsirhc As you can see, “Html size is too long” is classified as a Warning , just as the other issues listed. This shouldn’t be of any concern. Wix web site load times are very acceptable, and optimization is an ongoing priority at Wix.

What a joke that after three years there is still no solution to this issue with 12 million websites on wix and this problem is a something that EVERY OTHER WEB BUILDING platform allows you to control. @yisreal says this is a “Warning” and nothing to worry about. A WARNING LITTERALLY MEANS YOU ARE BEING WARNED AND YOU SHOULD WORRY.

Warnings are quite literally “SOMETHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT”
a statement or event that indicates a possible or [impending] danger, problem or other unpleasant
situation.
