Some of my clients find it really annoying that this shows up during the member sign up on their site and there is no way to disable it. Their customers find it really hard to pass the verification. It’s really frustrating to be honest. Not all site visitors know what they are doing when it comes to this.

You can request Wix Customer Service to remove it for you. They have to manually do it (according to what Customer Service said).
I had a client threaten many things because they did not authorize any changes to their site. After I explained to them that I made no changes whatsoever they seemed to calm down a little. But after they realized it was this change was enforced on their site without any notification they kind of lost it again. I feel sorry for the CS rep that had to deal with THAT phone call. Yikes!
