Question:
If I’m selling a certification that has PDF files and videos, when my customers purchase it, these files will be automatically sent to them?

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m just starting out with Wix stores, and I want to be clear about whether this process will be automatic or if I have to submit it manually.

What have you already tried:
I’ve seen Wix Studio videos on how to sell their products and use payment methods, but they don’t explain how the products will be shipped to customers.

Additional information:
Someone told me that you have to send it manually when Wix notifies you that someone purchased your product, but I’m not sure about this.

On Wix Stores app, if you sell a digital file you have to upload it when you create the product. That means 1 file for everyone.

So if your intention is to sell a personalized certificate with the Buyers name, etc, Wix Stores app is not for you.

You either have to code something super sophisticated, send it to them manually or embed an external app that offers this type of feature.

I am not sure if video files are compatible to upload as a digital product in Wix Stores app, but look into Wix Video app where you can sell subscriptions.

You can do it with Wix-Store api and for the sending part, I think you have to use cms to store files and wix’s automated email to send specific certification for each user.
