I can see lots of you guys are having problems here on wix but taking advantage of wixes priority support given out for free for wix partners. I understand it can be frustrating but to me im just glad wix is nice enough to do that. I hope you guys at least note that the wix team is nice, because they really are noting they’re a huge company. ive personally have never had a lot of these problems that a lot of you guys seem to be having. i hope you guys get what im saying

As you mentioned, partners receive priority support - just make sure that you’re requesting a callback or opening a ticket through your partner dashboard and you’ll be all set
