I cannot move my footer up

the double-click way doesn’t work for me.

i solved this problem by a quite weird trick

  1. add a stripe on the footer

  2. stretch your original upper stripe down, while trying to drag the new stripe up.

  3. then you can adjust the page height afterwards.
