I can't get my master header to change the text color for my page menu

Good day everyone,
I have one page where I created a new master header that has a second menu for on-page navigation. The problem is that I can’t get the font to change to white the way it should be. Last week it was showing in the onsite preview mode, but not the published version. I keep changing it in the design panel and it won’t save at all now. This week it’s not showing correctly at all. I’m at a loss. This is the site: Back into Balance

Edit to add a bit more. I’ve cleared the cache several times, restarted the browser, and restarted my computer too.

Edit 2: I’ve now changed the fill color to white when the user scrolls up so the transition is saving for the header. The text color for the menu still won’t save. Originally, I wanted the design to have the fill color become less transparent in the same grey color and the text should have been white from the start. This may be a better solution…but still, why can’t I save a color and font change to this menu?

I had a similar issue, here is what worked for me:
I deleted the menu from header and replaced it with Styled menu. Styling became to work after that.

Kinda like restarting your computer. Thank you, I will try that. Fortunately, my client wants the second option I created, so it’s a nonissue now, but I’m going to try this before removing it from the site. I want to keep this solution in my mind in case of future problems because I like the menu I came up with for longer pages. I want this type of menu in my toolbox. Thanks again!
