It’s about upload Video on online program ,normally i used to pick the article option and just paste the YouTube link. But this caused a problem: when customers opened the video, the sound didn’t turn on by itself (auto-play). So, I decided to upload the workout videos directly onto Wix. My storage is now being used—I have 50 GB, and I’ve only used about 10 GB. This change is now making my online program page take longer to load.

Before this, I already cleared the cache and deleted the app, then downloaded it again, but it still doesn’t work. I am in Thailand.

For the first half regarding the Youtube links, it sounds like the user’s browser is muted which is the default for most browsers. If the video is uploaded on your site, the delay could be due to the video being larger and therefore taking longer to load.

I’d suggest some of the suggestions for optimizing the media on your site but it’s usually a good idea to find a balance of size and quality for the video.
