I have received a payment for a standard subscription on my site in WIX STUDIO but I have no active subscription. My site has no active subscriptions and I am still receiving payments, I have cancelled the card for the moment but I would like to fix it.
Considering the sensitivity of sharing payment details here on the forum, I think it may be best to reach out to support as they can check the account and payments within the account.
