I’ve reached the limit on the number of collaborators, but I need to add more staff members. Since I don’t have any available seats left, is there a way to add a staff member so they can view the calendar in the Wix Owner app without needing booking staff member permission?

Hi,
You can set up additional staff members and their working hours without having to add them as collaborators. However if you want them to have access to their agenda on the app, you will indeed have to set them up as collaborators and upgrade your plan to increase your collaborators quota.
Yes I understand that i can add staff member but I want them to see their appointments but without giving permission they would not be able to have app access, right? So is there any other way around so that they can see their appointments?
