Hey all,
My client offers bookings services in the form of appointments, classes and courses that people can signup for on the website. However before they attend their booking, we require that they’ve provided us with a few required forms/contracts that are on the website, depending on the service they’ve signed up for.
These forms are required only once per account but how can I make it so a contact can’t register before having submitted the required documents?
You can add custom profile fields now. You might be able to just let them know it’s mandatory to have those fields completed. I don’t think there is a way to check currently, but the manual way might be a work around. If you want to see what it looks like edit your profile here on the community site.
Thanks but yeah we already manually check for the forms in their account… but we’d like to make it so we don’t have to check and just know that if they’ve been able to make a purchase or registration is because they’ve been allowed to, only after having filled out the required contracts.
You could assign them a badge - and then put your registration form behind a membership / badge wall.
You mean I could have the required forms provide a Badge to the Contact that fills them out and put the services for booking on a page that is only visible to contacts that have those badges?
Yes. It’s an automation.
New automation / forms / assign badge.
