I'm in a Contrary Mood. FIX the Database Audio File Issue!

I know we all want everything to be super happy around here and talk about bumblebees and rainbows, but for Pete’s sake—please address the issue of not being able to upload audio files to databases in the live database or via a user input.

AT LEAST give us (your partners) some concrete information about the progress.

And while I’m bitchen—could we PLEASE get some decent hold music when we’re on hold with support. The little bouncy ditty that plays over and over and over every single time I call is going to drive me mad! How about some variety. For the mood I’m in I’ll settle for some Megadeath!

Ok, now I’m pissed off as well. It’s not “Megadeath”, it’s “Megadeth”.

LOL! In my frustration I was typing fast and furious without proofing. I thought, “I should edit that”, but then just blew it off (as I sit on hold with support). I’m all about spreading a bad attitude and anger today…so…you’re welcome Heath!

Keepin’ it rolling: Another thing that irritates me is that I have to start with Level One support when I call Wix. I often know as much or more than they do and have already done the troubleshooting steps they need to work through. So…I endure the 15-30 minute dance before they connect me to level two support where I can get my question answered (usually).

I agree, though. The audio file upload isn’t something that can be answered with “soon”, it’s a pretty urgent feature.

“Spreading a bad attitude and anger” will not remediate the matter at hand. We welcome all feedback, but we ask that it be constructive, not negative.
